The research focused on identifying instances of confusion and misunderstandings about these two products through quantitavie and qualitative analysis of social media comments. The comments were collected from various social media platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, Youtube, and Instagram. The study involved content analysis of the comments to determine if confusion existed among users. The findings of this research provide valuable insights into the challenges faced by consumers when trying to differentiate between Nike and A Bathing Ape. This chart displays the trend in the number of comments made by customers discussing confusion regarding Nike and A Bathing Ape shoe/sneaker products.
